Rhythms & Retreats

Jen Louden (aka The Comfort Queen) is hosting the all-kinds-of-awesome Virtual Retreat in like twelve days.

Yay!

And Jen ever so kindly asked me to present at the retreat!

Double yay!

So here’s a short video of me yacking about how to find your right rhythm. And why retreating totally helps you to do that.

I have been thinking about joining the retreat. Thanks so much to your video you have convinced me. About a decade ago, I knew who I was … since, I have lost myself.

@Tami – I’m sorry you’re feeling so lost right now. Losing yourself can be so so so hard.

If it helps – and if not, it’s totally ok to ignore this part altogether – I have lost myself a few times too. So much so that, at one point, I was pretty sure it was for good.

But finding my rhythm helped me find my way back to me again. And I’ve seen other people who felt seriously lost find their way back too.

All of that to say here’s to you finding your way back too. I’ll send some extra good vibes your way during the retreat.
